Defective/Damaged or Incorrect/Incomplete Products:If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if there’s an issue with the correctness or completeness of your order, please contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp at 0340-0458455. Provide your Order ID, images of the received product, and the flyer, along with your complaint.

Our dedicated Customer Care department will promptly investigate your concerns and resolve them. We offer an exclusive FREE Doorstep Pickup and delivery service within a 7-14 day complaint window to ensure a hassle-free resolution.

Replacement Service:Customers can easily return products via Pakistan Post or any reputable courier company.

Refund Options:In the event that the complained item is out of stock, we offer the following refund options for your convenience:

• Online Banking (Any Pakistani Bank)
• Easy Paisa/JazzCash (Mobile/CNIC Both)
• Mobile Load (For smaller refunds)

Conditions for Returns/ReplacementBefore sending the parcel back or requesting a Pick-up, please ensure the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to check for fit.
• Include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
• Please note that if a product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back and reject the complaint.

Refund Policy:If the product is available, but you still choose to return it, a 70% refund of the product value will be processed after inspecting the returned product in accordance with our policy.

Complaint resolution time is 7-14 working days. Your patience is highly appreciated. During peak sales times, there may be a slight delay, but rest assured that your complaint will be resolved with utmost care.
Please note that “Free Doorstep Pickup” service is available only in Limited Major cities of Pakistan also it requires your patience as courier company takes 5-10 days in picking up the parcel so your cooperation is required in this regard otherwise you can send the parcel yourself from Pakistan Post or any available courier near your home in case of urgency.
