Replacement Service:Customers can easily return products via Pakistan Post or any reputable courier company.
Refund Options:In the event that the complained item is out of stock, we offer the following refund options for your convenience:

Conditions for Returns/ReplacementBefore sending the parcel back or requesting a Pick-up, please ensure the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to check for fit.

- Please note that if a product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back and reject the complaint.
